Linda began her securities career in 1969 with a Midwestern Regional Firm.  She worked in various departments of the Home office in Chicago - trading, compliance, sales, accounting and custormer relations.  Linda was Vice President of the firm when she moved to Lincoln, NE in 1992.  Since that time she has worked with retail clients and supervised other representatives.

Linda has always had a love for theater, she is an avid reader, and goes to many movies.  She is a member of the Lincoln-Lancaster Genealogy Society and has pursued ancestor searching for the last 30 years.  She belongs to various service organizations as well as bridge groups.  Travel is another passion of hers - she has been to all 50 states, 5 continents, and numerous countries.  She loves it all - from digging for diamonds to climbing Machu Pichu.  Linda also has a great interest in history - both ancient and American, history often directs her travels.

Bob graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln after moving from Chicago in 1994. While in school, he was working with his mother, Linda, who had been a financial advisor since 1968. Bob and Linda founded Rossi Financial Services in 1995 and consolidated their office with Andrew Pool CFP® in 2014.

Bob met his wife Melissa in 2010 after going through a battle with kidney cancer. They are a house divided, with a Husker and an Iowa State Cyclone fan.  When not cheering on their favorite teams, they spending time with their Entlebucher Mountain dog, BB.

Andy is a CFP® Financial Advisor in Lincoln, NE and provides advice primarily for individuals and small businesses. Andy started his career in Financial Services in 1998 and has been advising clients since 2003.  Andy joined R² Wealth in March 2006 after spending 3 years with a regional firm.

Andy graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and after meeting his wife during college years, they elected to stay in Lincoln to raise their family and go into business.  Both Andy and his wife are from central Nebraska and are life long Husker fans and Kansas City Royals fans. Andy is an active member of Southern Heights Presbyterian Church in Lincoln.  Andy also is an avid sportsman and has spent the last few years supporting his children’s High School activities – building sets for Waverly Drama and Helping with the Waverly Band Boosters.  

Kara joined R² Wealth Management Partners in April 2014.  Kara graduated from Southeast Community College with an Associates degree in Business Administration.

Kara is an avid outdoors woman and enjoys fishing, especially Muskie.  In 2020, Kara married Kyle and make thier home in Ceresco, where they plan on raising thier family.  Kara enjoys traveling, music and speding time with their two dogs: Gaddy and Koa.    Kara is a member of St Mary's Catholic Church in Davey, Nebrasa.  

Melissa joined R² Wealth Management in April 2014.  She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a double major – Human Resources Management and Psychology.  She grew up in central Iowa where she worked after college in Human Resources & Recruiting for 17 years before moving to Lincoln, Nebraska to get married.  Melissa and Bob have a passion for traveling and spending time with their entlebucher mountain dog, BB.  She also enjoys walking and scrapbooking.

John “Jack” was in the United States Army for 2 years as a cryptography before joining the US Treasury, as a Federal Agent, where he worked for 25 years.  He previously was a CPA and now has been in the Securities industry since 1983.  Jack retired in 2020 to Wyoming .  

Jack spends his free time with his dog, and his many grandchildren.
